I bought vegetarian sandwich with sprouts. I opened it up at home only to find A LONG CURLY BLACK HAIR. I called to complain and the employee asked it I could bring it with the hair to prove it. Incredible. The only reason I didn't give a 1 star is because the manager apologized and offered a free sub if I came back. Disgusting and disrespectful.

I ordered two platters, one 15 sandwich, and one 30 sandwich platter. When I picked the platters up, they looked ok. When I got them to the event, I found that there was very little meat and other products in each piece. I spent over 80.00,and my guest were opening the sandwiches removing the meat, to make one good sandwich! Their customer service, responded to my complain that they will work harder to make a better product. That wont help me ! I will never go back there again. They may , and I say may loosely, make a regular sandwich, but they suck when it comes to catering. OR maybe that skimped so much on the order , they made a second platter for someone else! Thieves!! Go somewhere else !

Definitely not freaky fast at this location. Rating it one star because I can't rate it zero stars. Ordered twice from this location and both times it has taken approximately 45 minutes to receive my order. The 2nd time the gentleman answering the phone took down my phone number wrong so when the driver called, he assumed I wasn't answering and took the sandwich back to the store. They had to re deliver the order to me. When I called there was no apology and frankly the worker seemed like he didn't give a shit.

The sandwiches are good and the delivery is fast. But this location dont ask for even the simplist request , like cutting the sandwich in half or no onions. Cause these people cant read worth anything. Other than that i still go

Yesssssss! My sandwich was everything! Gone too soon. Sooo I love Jimmy John's.... fresh condiments, good meat and the bread is so fresh and fluffy. I got the Italian Night Club and it was awesome. Party in my mouth that's why they call it the "night club". So my only beef (lol) with Jimmy John's is their "giant" sandwiches. It's NOT giant so don't go there thinking that. It's actually what their regular sandwich should be. I need them to fix that. But otherwise I love the sandwiches.

Delicious subs and fast delivery, what more could you ask for. I've had the Italian sub, roast beef, and turkey club and all were delicious! Staff is nice as well.

So happy that there's finally a jimmy johns in my area!! Bread is so much better than Subway's. And the sandwiches are made super fast.
